📋 Description

• Perform billing for more complex client matters (national and international), preparing text that accurately reflects the information reported in timesheets; • Report international billing information using clients' electronic systems (e-billings); • Provide support to international clients; • Guide partners, lawyers and interns regarding timesheet debits, analyzing the best approach to record entries to ensure clear understanding by the client; • Assist partners with requests to prepare and analyze summary reports; • Prepare control reports related to the billing area.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Financial Management or related fields; • Experience in billing and with pre-billing (pre-invoices) in service companies (law firms, accounting firms, auditing firms, etc.); • Intermediate MS Office skills (Excel and Outlook); • Preferred: experience in billing and with pre-billing in service companies (law firms, accounting firms, auditing firms, etc.).
