📋 Description

• Develop and maintain automations using Power Automate Cloud and Power Automate Desktop • Create and enhance flows and RPA solutions with reusable components in a corporate environment • Map processes with stakeholders and structure and validate flows with clients and business teams • Propose RPA-based improvements and distinguish automated activities from analyst activities • Integrate ERP, ITSM, email, APIs, and other corporate platforms via REST/SOAP APIs and connectors • Work on integrations related to AI ASSIST, including AIOps, ticket resolution, self-service, and orchestration • Handle errors, logs, retries, notifications, schedules, and triggers in production flows • Ensure automations operate properly in production • Resolve incidents and perform preventive and corrective maintenance • Document flows for the team • Work with IT, ITSM, and AI teams as the technical automation point of reference

🎯 Requirements

• Microsoft Power Platform / Power Automate certification (PL-500 or equivalent) • Knowledge of SQL for querying and processing data in flows • Knowledge of Python or JavaScript for functionality not covered by connectors, web extraction (XPath), and Desktop customization • Familiarity with ITSM and Microsoft Teams • Knowledge of Dataverse, On-premises Data Gateway, Power Platform ALM, or Azure Functions • Knowledge of Jira, Azure DevOps, or equivalent tools • Experience with Kanban or Scrum • Experience implementing automation for clients or in an operations environment (Service Desk/NOC), not solely in a lab environment • Knowledge of Copilot Studio or another RPA platform is a plus, but not required • Availability to work remotely Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. or from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
