📋 Description

• Develop and implement Machine Learning, deep learning and other AI solutions. • Prototype and test AI models to address specific business problems. • Analyze logs and usage metrics of AI models to identify failures, unexpected behaviors, or opportunities to improve the user experience. • Participate in research on new AI methods and technologies to keep the company at the forefront of the industry. • Perform functional tests after adjustments or deployments to ensure interactions and flows are correct. • Document processes, methodologies and results of AI projects in a clear and accessible manner. • Contribute to the design of business process solutions using AI.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience developing Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions and implementing algorithms; • Experience with AI agents and agentic AI; • Proficiency in programming languages: Python, PySpark and SQL; • Knowledge of AI development frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, LangGraph, Autogen; • Familiarity with MLOps architectures: model CI/CD, versioning, monitoring with MLflow, etc.; • Experience with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS or Azure) focused on AI products: Vertex AI, SageMaker, Azure AI Foundry; • Experience with Machine Learning, deep learning and Artificial Neural Networks; • Familiarity with IDE-based code-assistant tools: Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Codex; • Certifications in AI, AWS, Azure or Databricks; • Experience with enterprise-scale, multimodal AI projects (involving multiple data types); • Knowledge of Spec Driven Development (SDDs) for AI projects; • Awareness of AI ethics and responsible AI practices;
