📋 Description

• Plan, create, and execute media campaigns, defining objectives, formats, targeting, and opportunities in line with client goals • Manage campaign budgets and optimize campaigns to achieve planned investment levels and client targets • Manage and maintain relationships with media channels • Participate in meetings with media representatives and suggest new solutions when necessary • Create and update daily, weekly, or monthly campaign performance reports • Conduct advanced campaign performance analyses to achieve revenue and profitability targets for accounts • Collaborate with SEO, CRO, CRM, and Planning teams on innovative, integrated strategies • Lead technical meetings with clients to present initiatives, interpret results, and develop plans

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration, Advertising, or Marketing • At least 5 years of experience in the field • Mandatory Google Ads certifications: Search, Shopping, Display, Video, and Apps • Strong formal and technical communication skills • Action- and results-oriented mindset • Analytical thinking • Organized and responsible approach to tasks and responsibilities • Knowledge of media strategies for all stages of the sales funnel, particularly conversion • Ability to manage and operate media accounts and build client relationships • Advanced knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, Bing Ads, programmatic media, and retargeting • Knowledge of TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads, and retail media is desirable • Experience with conversion campaigns for e-commerce • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace tools • Knowledge of data analysis in GA4 • Intermediate English can be highly valuable in day-to-day work
