📋 Description

• Manage complex projects focusing on chemicals expertise and delivery. • Provide strategic guidance to clients while ensuring rigorous and actionable project delivery aligned with their objectives. • Collaborate with peers, experienced consultants, and junior colleagues to deliver impactful work. • Support business development by identifying opportunities and nurturing key accounts. • Mentor junior colleagues and may take on line management responsibilities to support their growth.

🎯 Requirements

• 4-8+ years of work experience relevant to the role, with exposure to sustainability and/or consulting. • Strong knowledge of sustainability frameworks relevant to your expertise area. • Proven experience in project management. • Solid knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint. • At least a Master’s degree or higher in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering (Environmental Science, Engineering, Business, Economics...). • Effective communication in fluent German (C1 or above) and English.
