• The Inventory Manager is responsible for managing inventory planning, procurement coordination, inventory control, and asset lifecycle management activities supporting BMO and CIBC customer programs. • Analyze inventory demand trends and forecast equipment requirements to support customer commitments and operational readiness. • Develop inventory strategies and stock management plans to ensure optimal inventory availability while minimizing excess inventory. • Lead the development of business cases to justify inventory purchases and support operational requirements. • Monitor inventory levels and inventory movement to maintain inventory accuracy and availability. • Generate inventory reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to support management decision-making.
• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or related field. • 3–5 years of experience in inventory management, supply chain operations, logistics, procurement, or related functions. • Experience managing inventory planning, forecasting, asset lifecycle management, and procurement activities. • Experience working with customer-facing operations or managed services environments. • Knowledge of inventory control methodologies, stock optimization practices, and inventory reporting processes. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
