📋 Description

• Coordinate the team of management specialists in overseeing the company's key indicators; monitor performance against entity and CEO targets (monthly, YTD and FY). • Ensure the cascading of Alpa’s annual strategy to tactical and operational levels through the definition of strategic projects and annual targets, and ensure: • Consistency of targets and projects across hierarchical levels (CEO vs VPs; VPs vs Directors; Directors vs Managers; Managers vs Analysts). • Consistency of project targets across different areas of the organization: targets may differ but must be consistent and aligned toward the company’s objectives. • Targets and projects that are challenging yet achievable. • Monitor target and project performance monthly, supporting teams in developing action plans to reverse negative results or trends. • Report the status of targets for monthly bonus provision calculations. • Monitor the performance of strategic KPIs for the areas served. • Ensure consistency in the execution of management routines for the areas served: weekly routines, N2, N3, and annual strategic planning.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Economics or related fields. • Advanced English. • Knowledge of Business Analytics, data-driven decision-making processes, executive finance, P&L analysis, and project management. • Experience leading executive forums and governance. • Previous experience in established companies focused on performance management is a plus. • Strong analytical skills and business acumen. • Ability to influence without direct authority and to work collaboratively. • Hands-on profile, results-oriented and execution-focused.
