📋 Description
• Build and ship working software as technical lead • Write, deploy, and iterate applications using AI-native tooling • Integrate data science outputs into products with high impact • Own product feedback loop through direct interviews and backlog management • Evaluate project opportunities for financial impact prior to capacity consumption • Develop and manage a team of data scientists for live prototypes
🎯 Requirements
• Senior practitioner with scar tissue to know what's worth building • Proven track record of shipped projects • Ability to provide a link to personal work portfolio or GitHub • Experience in building financial impact models or business cases • Experience in user discovery work (not routed through a PM) • Experience in developing or managing technical or analytical staff • Founding engineer experience in early-stage company is a strong signal • Technical resource sourcing and management experience is a strong signal • Experience in insurance, fintech, or high-volume sales/distribution environments is a strong signal.
