📋 Description

• Managing the full sales cycle for top target accounts, from lead qualification to deal closure, under the guidance of senior Account Executives. • Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients and internal teams (e.g., Sales Engineers, Marketing) to ensure a seamless customer experience. • Presenting product value to prospective clients, collaborating with Sales Engineers to demonstrate how our SaaS solutions meet their needs. • Learning and applying the MEDDPICC sales methodology to qualify leads and provide accurate sales forecasts in Salesforce. • Gathering customer requirements, understanding their business challenges, and aligning solutions to their needs with support from senior team members. • Collaborating with marketing and partner teams to execute strategies that maximise lead generation and sales opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in SaaS sales (SDR, BDR, or Junior AE) • Strong interest in consultative selling • Ability to manage shorter sales cycles independently • Structured way of working and strong follow-up discipline • Motivation to grow into a full-cycle strategic AE • Curiosity about HR-tech / workforce management • Working with Workforce Management / HCM / Talent Management / Payroll or other related SaaS software is a plus • Having knowledge of sales methodologies is a plus • An understanding of the MEDDPICC sales methodology would be advantageous • Experience in frontline work, such as Healthcare, Hospitality, Retail, etc. is a plus.
