📋 Description
• Research, develop, and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies • Work with hiring managers to identify hiring needs • Assist with the design of job descriptions • Source candidates through databases and social media • Conduct pre-screen interviews • Develop, facilitate, and implement all phases of the recruitment process • Collaborate with managers and/or directors to identify and draft detailed and accurate job postings and hiring criteria • Maintain database of candidate records for active and passive applicants • Attract suitable candidates through various channels • Responsible for all internal and external job posting and advertisement processes • Collaborate with HR and Operations during the offer process
🎯 Requirements
• Experience in healthcare/medical/insurance/DME recruiting • Familiarity with Paylocity recruiting • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills • Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles • Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines • Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment • Microsoft office suite skills
