📋 Description

• Manage the full recruitment process including attracting, selecting, and onboarding new employees. • Address employee relations issues and mediate disputes between staff and management. • Oversee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring proper administration and payroll processing. • Facilitate professional development by supporting training initiatives and employee growth. • Develop and enforce HR policies to ensure compliance with laws and regulations. • Monitor performance through appraisals and provide necessary feedback and coaching. • Promote a positive workplace culture and maintain organized employee records.
