β€’ Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their satisfaction and success β€’ Guide new customers through the onboarding process, ensuring effective product usage β€’ Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities that align with customer needs β€’ Track and manage customer renewals to maintain and grow our customer base β€’ Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve our services and identify growth opportunities β€’ Collaborate with sales and product teams to enhance the customer experience β€’ Willing to travel and participate in system installations.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Proven experience in Customer Success, Support, or Sales roles β€’ Strong communication and relationship-building skills β€’ Analytical mindset with the ability to identify upsell opportunities β€’ High emotional intelligence and empathy β€’ Proficiency with CRM software and willingness to learn new systems β€’ Passion for technology and interest in the supply chain/fulfillment industry
