📋 Description

• Develop secure APIs and cloud-native services for DHA systems • Build and maintain data pipelines to normalize structured and unstructured data • Integrate healthcare data into FHIR and OMOP standards for analytics and decision support • Collaborate with DevSecOps engineers to deploy applications in secure, high-compliance cloud environments • Ensure software is scalable, compliant, and maintainable while enabling rapid delivery

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering (backend, API, or full-stack) • Proficient in Python, Java, or C# • Experienced with REST APIs (FastAPI, AWS Lambda) and OpenAPI specifications • Skilled in data pipeline orchestration (dbt, Apache Airflow, Apache Spark, Iceberg) • Knowledgeable in federal compliance frameworks (NIST 800-53, HIPAA, FISMA High)
