📋 Description

• Maintain the stability of Azure Cloud environments • Respond to customer support requests via tickets and phone calls within response-time SLAs • Work on L2 incidents raised by customers or created through automation and monitoring • Troubleshoot performance degradation and loss-of-service incidents as time-critical issues • Own issues, collaborate with other teams, and escalate when necessary • Support the success and development of other team members • Respond to application and infrastructure downtime alerts • Perform environment and operating-system changes • Interact with customers through tickets and phone calls

🎯 Requirements

• Working knowledge of Azure products and services, scaling, load balancing, CDNs, and networking • Intermediate working knowledge of Windows or Linux operating systems • Experience supporting and troubleshooting stability and performance issues • Hands-on experience with Azure IaaS Compute, Networking, and Storage services • Intermediate understanding of native cloud application design patterns and practices • At least one Azure industry-standard certification at Associate, Professional, or Specialty level • Intermediate Azure background and/or demonstrable hosting-specific technical skills in Compute, Networking, Administration, and Security • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to prioritize under pressure • Sound problem-solving ability • Strong documentation skills • Process improvement identification and solution skills • Passion for technology and desire to learn • Educated to degree level or equivalent is an advantage • Potential to work weekends and flexible hours
