📋 Description

• Customer Success Managers are responsible for taking ownership of the relationship held with each of their customers • Maximize the strength of the customer relationship by building a solid rapport with the customer • Identifying and owning revenue retention activities • Customer satisfaction and managing demanding situations • Working cross functionally to ensure a Fanatical Customer Experience is achieved • Support the business by developing and maintaining positive customer relations with clients • Respond to customer inquiries; assist in the resolution of service impacting incidents • Help maintain revenue drivers; recognize and position add-on business opportunities • Adhere to company security policies and procedures and any other relevant policies and standards

🎯 Requirements

• Satisfactory level understanding of ITIL and Project Management • Satisfactory understanding of relevant technology and managed services • Satisfactory understanding of financial terminology and business acumen • Satisfactory knowledge of industry best practices • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office • Understanding of Rackspace products and differentiator in the marketplace • Proven ability to solve problems and own issues until full resolution • Strong organizational, time management and prioritization skills • Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment
