📋 Description

‱ Post open positions across job boards, the firm's website, and relevant platforms ‱ Screen incoming resumes and application materials to identify qualified candidates for legal and administrative roles ‱ Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring managers ‱ Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in our applicant tracking and HR systems ‱ Conduct reference checks and support background verification processes ‱ Manage candidate communications throughout the hiring process, ensuring a consistent and professional experience ‱ Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed

🎯 Requirements

‱ Prior experience in recruitment, HR support, or a legal/professional services environment is a strong plus ‱ Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities without dropping the ball ‱ Clear, professional written and verbal communication, you'll be representing the firm to candidates ‱ Comfortable working with Microsoft Office and HR or ATS platforms (BambooHR experience a plus) ‱ High level of discretion, you'll be handling sensitive candidate and personnel information ‱ Self-starter who takes initiative and follows through without needing to be reminded.
