• Rain is empowering the next generation of money and financial products globally. • We are looking for a business development manager in LATAM to guide the structure of our partnerships. • The right candidate will possess a detailed understanding of financial services and fintech products. • You will be joining a fast growing team with a product that our customers love.

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS required; advanced degree is a plus. • 6+ years of Business Development or related experience. • Ability to work cross-functionally across teams and within the deal lifecycle. • Ability to structure, analyze, and solve complex business problems, as well as deliver impact against concrete business goals. • Proven track record of complex problem solving and decision-making skills. • Strong analytical skills and team player. • Fluent in Spanish and/or Portuguese.
