📋 Description

• Manage the purchasing and supply process for additives and packaging materials • Negotiate and monitor commercial terms, lead times, volumes, and service levels with suppliers • Manage contracts and relationships with strategic suppliers • Monitor supplier performance, costs, quality, and service-level indicators • Conduct regular supplier visits to monitor operations, performance, and action plans • Partner with Operations, Planning, Quality, and other relevant teams to ensure alignment between demand and supply • Identify opportunities to reduce costs, optimize processes, and improve the supply chain • Support projects involving the development and qualification of new suppliers, materials, and supply alternatives • Resolve supply-related issues to ensure operational continuity

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Logistics, International Trade, or a related field • Solid experience in Strategic Procurement / Strategic Sourcing • Experience managing suppliers, commercial negotiations, and contracts • Experience with additives, chemical raw materials, packaging, or industrial supplies • Experience developing, qualifying, and managing supplier performance • Knowledge of category management, cost analysis, cost reduction, and TCO • Experience in Supply Chain, demand planning, and supply planning • Experience managing supplier performance indicators, including cost, quality, lead time, and service level • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills • Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP • Experience working with domestic and international suppliers • Experience with import processes • Knowledge of Power BI • Experience with categories such as chemicals, lubricants, resins, plastics, food, beverages, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, or similar products • Experience with additives and/or packaging in industrial environments • Postgraduate degree or MBA in Supply Chain, Procurement, or a related field is a plus
