📋 Description

• Lead and develop the sales team, ensuring execution of the regional strategy and achievement of results; • Closely manage the sales operation by monitoring KPIs, targets, pipeline, and business development; • Balance farmer and hunter activities by strengthening relationships with the existing customer portfolio while driving new business generation; • Identify opportunities for growth, portfolio expansion, and entry into new markets; • Support the team in strategic negotiations and in developing high-potential opportunities; • Serve as a reference point for the team by promoting development, providing direction, and monitoring performance; • Ensure sales discipline and high-quality pipeline management; • Work collaboratively with other areas of the company, connecting customer needs with the organization’s solutions and business objectives; • Monitor the market and competition, identifying trends and opportunities that can generate growth; • Build a high-performance culture focused on sustainable results and people development.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree completed; • Experience in sales or commercial operations; • Experience leading or coordinating sales teams; • Experience managing customer portfolios, prospecting, and developing new business; • Experience managing targets, KPIs, and sales pipelines; • Experience in the fuels, lubricants, energy, gas, or related industries will be considered an advantage; • Availability to work in Cascavel, Maringá, and Londrina.
