📋 Description

• Develop preventive and litigation strategies • Research and analyze legislative and case law developments in the banking sector • Organize and prioritize activities to meet procedural deadlines and address internal requests • Monitor and handle high-volume and strategic civil and enforcement litigation, with a focus on banking-related matters • Draft various legal pleadings, including defenses, appeals, motions to set aside, and other submissions • Monitor procedural deadlines and manage outstanding matters to prevent risks and losses • Represent the company at settlement, evidentiary, and trial hearings • Draft and review legal documents • Stay current on relevant case law and legislation, particularly in the banking sector • Collaborate on the firm's case portfolio and legal strategies

🎯 Requirements

• Law degree • Active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB) • At least 2 years of legal practice, with demonstrated experience in debt recovery • Proficiency in legal management tools, including legal software and technology applied to the practice of law • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
