📋 Description

• Lead matters related to agribusiness, judicial reorganization and bankruptcy • Conduct oral arguments, hearings and procedural conferences before the Judiciary • Participate in creditors' meetings • Draft highly complex pleadings and court submissions • Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable law • Take part in strategic meetings with senior management or clients for risk analysis and decision-making • Serve as an associate attorney with technical and professional autonomy • Collaborate on the firm's case portfolio and legal strategies

🎯 Requirements

• Law degree (LL.B. or equivalent) • Active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB) • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in legal practice, with proven experience in debt recovery • Proficiency with legal practice management tools, legal software and technology applied to law • Strong analytical and decision-making skills • Excellent verbal and written communication • Strategic and proactive profile • Reside in the interior of São Paulo state
