📋 Description

• Act in a multidisciplinary manner on the company’s advisory, contractual, regulatory and contentious legal matters; • Monitor judicial and administrative proceedings (PROCON, Ombudsman), including matters before ANS; • Draft, review and negotiate contracts, supporting business areas with a view to risks and opportunities; • Support matters related to LGPD (Brazilian Data Protection Law) and privacy; • Prepare legal opinions, presentations and materials to support decision-making; • Respond to extrajudicial notifications and support legal negotiations; • Manage relationships with external law firms, monitoring performance, quality and cost indicators; • Review, structure and update internal policies, workflows and procedures; • Identify opportunities to simplify, automate and standardize legal activities.

🎯 Requirements

• Law degree (LL.B. or equivalent). • Previous experience as an attorney or mid-level legal analyst. • Experience with contracts, corporate advisory and data protection (LGPD). • Ability to handle multiple topics simultaneously and work in a fast-changing environment. • Excellent written communication and ability to translate legal issues for non-legal audiences. • Intellectual curiosity and ease in learning new technologies. • Experience in the supplementary healthcare/health insurance sector. • Knowledge of ANS and applicable legislation for the segment. • Experience with Legal Operations, KPI-driven management and continuous improvement. • Practical use of AI tools in daily work. • Familiarity with legal management platforms and data analysis.
