📋 Description

• Conduct structured analyses of credit and collections portfolio performance, identifying trends, variances, risks, and improvement opportunities • Monitor indicators related to credit origination, delinquency, recovery, losses, portfolio profitability, and efficiency • Develop customer and portfolio segmentation studies to support credit, collections, renegotiation, and recovery strategies • Evaluate current policies and strategies, proposing adjustments to operating parameters, decision-making workflows, approval authorities, and collections actions • Monitor vintage, roll-rate, recovery, approval, over-30, over-60, over-90, and net-loss indicators • Develop, automate, and enhance dashboards, executive reports, and analytical routines • Analyze collections campaigns and recovery initiatives, assessing their effectiveness and financial return • Prepare forecasts, simulations, and scenario analyses to support strategic planning and decisions regarding expansion, profitability, and risk • Evaluate suppliers and partners within the credit and collections ecosystem • Prepare executive presentations, technical opinions, and management materials for leadership, committees, and the executive board • Implement action plans arising from internal and external audits

🎯 Requirements

• Completed undergraduate degree • Intermediate Excel • Intermediate SQL • Intermediate Power BI • Applied Statistics for Business • Knowledge of financial products and credit • Python (preferred) • Databricks (preferred) • Automation and ETL tools (preferred) • Knowledge of risk and collections indicators (preferred) • Project management (preferred)
