📋 Description

• Support development and execution of change management strategies with the goal of maximizing talent program adoption • Participate in or conduct workshops with clients to identify stakeholders, change impacts, communications and engagement needs, and training needs • Execute Change Management strategies throughout the implementation; this may include preparing communications, designing engagement sessions, creating readiness assessments, scheduling training, and keeping stakeholders engaged • Supports internal customers to ensure their needs are met and/or helps senior colleagues manage client relationships • Builds strong business relationships with the client

🎯 Requirements

• University degree preferably in Business, Communications, Adult Learning or relevant business experience • PROSCI certification highly desired • Organizational change education highly preferred • Change Management experience • MSP/RPO/SOW or Human Capital consulting experience ideal • Experience navigating large/complex organizations • Evidence of change management knowledge preferably in MSP, RPO and SOW • Understanding of project delivery within a fast-paced business environment • Strong and open communicator, both written and verbal with excellent literacy and influencing skills • Strong planning and organizational skills, combined with good time management • Demonstrated skills in Smartsheet or similar project management tools
