📋 Description

• Acquire, process, integrate, and clean complex data from multiple sources • Build and refine data dashboards and reports using various tools • Automate data collection and generate sophisticated reports • Perform data investigations and analysis to identify trends and variances • Conduct complex data mining, validation, and reconciliation tasks • Deliver business intelligence projects aligned with organizational strategies • Lead implementation of new analytics tools and techniques • Present complex data insights and develop advanced visual aids such as charts and graphs • Research data-driven insights to improve customer experiences • Modernize and automate reporting capabilities • Educate junior colleagues on new reporting solutions and improvement proposals • Share knowledge of emerging trends and changes in data analytics • Support change management and departmental initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• In-depth conceptual and practical knowledge in own discipline • Basic understanding of related disciplines • Technical and/or functional experience • Ability to solve a range of problems using precedents • Ability to work independently, receiving guidance on complex and unprecedented problems • Ability to provide support and guidance to team members • Ability to exchange complex information, potentially guiding and persuading others
