📋 Description

• Drive talent development initiatives through high-impact training programs • Design and deliver training programs, presentations, and interactive learning materials • Onboard new hires and upskill existing employees • Partner with subject matter experts to identify skill gaps and set learning priorities • Provide targeted coaching • Evaluate program effectiveness through assessments, surveys, and post-training performance tracking • Foster an inclusive, continuous learning environment • Serve as a feedback bridge between frontline teams and management • Build, update, and manage training content aligned with organizational policies, industry regulations, and operational processes • Conduct regular audits to evaluate employee process adherence and address compliance risks • Create data reports on internal and external training needs to inform talent strategy

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in a Process Trainer or L&D role within the BPO, RPO, MSP, Recruitment, or Staffing industries • Hands-on experience with LMS platforms • Experience with e-learning authoring tools • Experience with training content development • Proven track record in stakeholder management • Proven group facilitation experience • Proven quality auditing experience • Deep understanding of operational procedures and compliance standards • Skilled in creating and facilitating diverse learning programs • Ability to analyze performance data and build targeted learning solutions • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills • Experience mentoring learners and managing stakeholders
