📋 Description

• Lead Rasa’s product organization and shape the future of conversational AI experiences • Drive product strategy across Rasa’s platform • Build, recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing product management team • Partner with engineering, sales, and marketing on go-to-market, pricing, and packaging • Bring products successfully to market • Monitor the AI solutions market and competitive landscape • Translate product, domain, and business requirements into actionable requirements and platform solutions • Own the roadmap and product definition for the area • Contribute to broader product strategy using research, customer feedback, competitive analysis, and market needs • Gather internal and external feedback to iterate on early prototypes • Foster a healthy ecosystem among developers, partners, customers, and the community • Report to the Chief Product Officer

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience, with 2+ years leading or mentoring others • Strong background in B2B, developer tools, or technical products • Proven ability to connect product decisions to business strategy and bring cross-functional partners along • Collaborative, pragmatic leadership and passion for AI innovation • Hands-on experience managing products across the full lifecycle—concept, launch, and sunset • Product management experience in enterprise environments, ideally enterprise-licensed software, on-prem, or private/virtual cloud deployments • Experience with technically minded products • Experience identifying, defining, packaging, pricing, and shipping software within a cloud service, infrastructure product, and/or open-source product with machine learning at its core • Experience engaging and enabling large developer communities • Comfort working in a fast-growth startup with limited resources, imperfect information, fast-shifting markets and competition, and little existing structure
