📋 Description

• Reorganize and scale the engineering organization: You will take overall responsibility for three engineering teams and one infrastructure team, restructure organization, roles and collaboration, and establish structures that scale with our growth. • Lead the product team: You will lead our Product and UI/UX teams, further develop product strategy and roadmap together with management, and ensure that the most important initiatives are implemented at the right time—with the clear goal of driving measurable product growth. • Align Product & Engineering: You will integrate product management and development into a shared delivery process with clear priorities, roadmaps, and responsibilities. • Accelerate delivery measurably: Your primary success metric is the delivery speed of our teams. You will identify bottlenecks, establish efficient planning, release, and delivery processes, and increase output in a measurable and sustainable way. • Guide technical decisions: Together with our Tech Leads you will make informed decisions on architecture, scaling, and technical debt, creating the foundation for sustainable growth. • Evolve the organization: You will be responsible for hiring, budgeting, and prioritization for Product and Engineering and build an organization that remains effective as we continue to grow. • Engage management & stakeholders: You will provide transparency on delivery, progress, and priorities and act as a sparring partner for senior management, Tech Leads, and the Product team.

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of leadership experience: You have successfully led multiple Product and Engineering teams and developed organizations further. • Experience building scalable engineering organizations: You have improved delivery processes, established structures, and measurably increased the output of development teams. • Technical fluency: You can discuss technical decisions with Tech Leads, understand architecture, scaling, and technical trade-offs, and thereby earn the trust and acceptance of your engineering teams. • Product mindset: You understand effective product development and bring experience in building digital products or platforms. • Hands-on mentality: You take a pragmatic approach, assume responsibility, and feel comfortable both in day-to-day operations and at the management level. • Strong stakeholder management: You communicate confidently with senior management, Product, Engineering, and other departments and are able to align differing interests. • Scale-up experience: You enjoy working in dynamic companies with short decision-making paths and take pleasure in actively shaping organizations.
