📋 Description

• Cold calling & initial outreach: actively approaching clinics. • Lead qualification & appointment scheduling: assessing needs and arranging introductory meetings. • Follow-up & pipeline development: systematic follow-up and continuous growth of an active sales pipeline. • Working with lead lists & tools: utilizing automatically generated target account and contact lists. • CRM maintenance: documenting all activities in our CRM (HubSpot).

🎯 Requirements

• Some experience in sales, business development, inside sales, or headhunting/recruiting. • Strong acquisition affinity and a “hunter” mindset. • High self-motivation, structured and reliable working style. • Comfortable working with KPIs and managing follow-ups. • Confident, friendly, and target-oriented demeanor. • Excellent written and spoken German; English skills are a plus but not required.
