📋 Description

• Design, build, publish, and maintain interactive eLearning courses within Adobe Learning Manager • Convert operational procedures into engaging digital learning experiences • Develop eLearning modules, microlearning content, and assessment tools • Administer and manage learning programs and certifications • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to identify training needs

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Instructional Design, Education, or related field • Minimum 3 years of experience developing eLearning or digital learning content • Required technical skills: Adobe Learning Manager, Adobe Captivate, Adobe Creative Cloud, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, Excel, Word, Articulate Storyline • Preferred experience includes SCORM and xAPI learning standards and immersive learning technologies • Key Competencies: Instructional Design, Learning Technology, LMS Administration, Multimedia Production
