📋 Description

• Lead and mentor the TA team through coaching, support, and best-practice guidance • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for hard-to-fill and critical roles with a focus on quality and efficiency • Initiate and contribute to employer branding initiatives across social media, career sites, and recruitment campaigns • Partner with senior leaders to forecast hiring needs and build proactive recruitment strategies • Use data and analytics to evaluate recruitment performance and drive continuous improvement • Maintain strong relationships with senior leadership, providing insights and influencing hiring decisions • Leverage external recruitment tools and ensure positive ROI across sourcing channels • Support TA leadership in refining processes, tools, and resources to enhance efficiency and hiring quality • Utilize recruitment tools and social platforms and help organize career fairs when needed • Perform other duties as required by business needs

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of Talent Acquisition experience in an international environment (Center of excellence) • Proven experience in identifying process improvement opportunities and exploring effective solutions • Proven leading or mentoring experience • Professional level of English • Experience partnering with senior leadership in a consultative capacity • Bachelor's Degree
