📋 Description

• Perform monthly assessment of indirect taxes, focusing on ICMS, ICMS-ST, DIFAL and FCP, in accordance with applicable legislation. • Verify and validate system data used in the assessments (ERP vs. tax system). • Execute tax and accounting reconciliations, ensuring consistency between assessments, bookkeeping and accounting entries. • Support and deliver ancillary tax filings related to assessments (EFD ICMS/IPI, GIA, SPED Fiscal, among others). • Analyze and resolve tax inconsistencies, working closely with IT, Accounting, Operations and Cost teams. • Prepare controls, reports and assessment evidence for governance and audit purposes. • Support tax inspections and audits by providing information and technical clarifications related to tax assessments. • Contribute to the standardization, improvement and automation of tax assessment processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (completed) • Proven experience in assessing indirect taxes. • Solid knowledge of ICMS, ICMS-ST, DIFAL and FCP. • Experience with EFD ICMS/IPI, GIA and SPED Fiscal. • Intermediate to advanced Excel (analysis, reconciliations and controls). • Preferred experience with tax systems and ERPs (e.g., Mastersaf, SAP, Tax One).
