• Carry the end-to-end client relationship: primary point of contact, scoping, monthly presentation call, performance reporting, handling high-pressure situations. • Orchestrate production alongside the Strategist and Specialist — you move things forward, secure deliveries, and never drop the ball. • Anticipate: structure key moments in advance, prioritize, and prevent everything from becoming urgent at month-end. • Read retention data: understand a performance dashboard, spot drop-offs, form hypotheses and translate them into action plans with the production team. • Grow your accounts: identify relevant upsell opportunities (dedicated campaigns, audits, custom flows), scope them and present them. • Be accountable for your clients’ retention — it's the number one KPI.
• Minimum 4-5 years in account management / client portfolio management. • Agency or DTC e-commerce experience ideal but not required — we also consider strong profiles from demanding account-driven companies (large B2B accounts, SaaS, tech) with a real ability to learn fast. Klaviyo / CRM: no prerequisite, we train you. • Impeccable operational rigor (our #1 criterion): you don't lose information between client and production, you never miss a deadline, you anticipate instead of reacting. • You read data: a performance dashboard doesn't scare you; you can draw business hypotheses from it. • Structured client communication: you can lead a presentation call, write clear reports, and manage tense situations without letting them escalate. • Accountability: when faced with a problem, you say "I’ll handle it" — no drama, no ego. (Our culture: "Fail. Learn. Move on.") • You can say no to a client when necessary: push back on an impossible request without folding or breaking the relationship. • Native French required (our French beauty/lifestyle clients are demanding; every word matters on calls). English B2/C1 useful but not critical.
• A long-term freelance engagement, ~5 days/week, billed as a freelancer. • 100% remote, time zone FR ±2h — total flexibility on where and how you work. We measure deliverables and retention, not presence. • A package designed to reward end-to-end ownership, in four parts: (1) a fixed monthly base, (2) a per-account bonus for accounts you manage, (3) a commission on upsells you generate, and (4) an annual retention bonus if your accounts stay. The more you grow and retain your portfolio, the more you earn — this role makes performance visible on your pay. • Supported skill development: Klaviyo training + production processes so you can truly run the show. • A collective of freelance experts, output-driven organization, no bullshit.
