• Act as operational anchor during business change • Champion a portfolio of complex ER cases from inception to resolution • Legally safeguard the business in confidential grievances, disciplinaries, and collective consultations • Update policies in line with shifting UK&I legislation • Collaborate with HR team on strategic projects
• Proven track record of managing a highly complex, sensitive ER caseload • In-depth knowledge of UK&I employment legislation • Practical experience navigating change programs, organizational restructures, trade union consultations • Employment tribunal preparation experience • A CIPD qualification (Level 5 or 7) • Stakeholder management skills • Pragmatic problem-solving abilities • Fast-paced and resilient • Excellent communication of complex legal advice
