📋 Description

• Help turn high-end lighting concepts into finished, beautifully engineered products • Understand both design and manufacturing, capable of reading technical drawings • Manage timelines and communicate with clients • Keep multiple custom projects moving from concept to completion without missing a detail • Bridge between design, CAD, production, vendors, and clients • Ensure every fixture is correctly spec’d, approved, built, and delivered as promised

🎯 Requirements

• Proven project management experience in design, lighting, fabrication, or manufacturing • Strong technical literacy, able to read and mark up drawings with confidence • CAD and Adobe Illustrator proficiency (required) • Excellent English communication skills (written + spoken, neutral accent) • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and keep projects on schedule • Sharp attention to detail, high accountability, and proactive follow-through • Experience working with remote production teams is a major plus
