📋 Description

• Set the content strategy, including topics, channels and messaging, in German and English • Build the AI-supported content engine; own editing, tone of voice and final content decisions • Develop content and SEO/GEO agents and decide what to automate • Increase visibility in Google and AI search and track rankings and AI citations • Build re:cap’s presence in the UK market through content, social and partners • Equip partners with referral materials and journeys • Own lifecycle journeys in Customer.io and identify and prioritize funnel improvements • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Growth & Strategy • Use sales-call feedback to shape content

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in B2B content and SEO • Experience owning a content programme with an SEO/GEO goal • Finance, fintech or SaaS with SME customers is a strong plus • Experience building and running email journeys in Customer.io, HubSpot, Brevo or similar • German at C2 level • Precise and polished English writing skills • Hands-on SEO experience including keyword and topic research, on-page SEO, Search Console and GA4 • Experience working on GEO and AI search • Ability to quickly understand financing and explain a credit line or term loan to a CFO without errors • AI-first working approach, including critical editing of AI output • Ability to work independently with limited supervision and adapt to shifting priorities • Valid EU work permit
