📋 Description

• Receive remote, home-based training and work on live recruitment assignments under supervision • Source candidates through LinkedIn, databases, referrals, and online channels • Screen CVs against job requirements and shortlist suitable candidates • Maintain candidate records and updates in the recruitment system • Conduct initial candidate outreach via calls, WhatsApp, and email • Explain job roles, salary ranges, locations, and the hiring process • Coordinate interviews and follow-ups • Update candidate statuses accurately • Share daily activity updates • Support interview scheduling and documentation • Follow internal SOPs, timelines, and confidentiality standards

🎯 Requirements
