📋 Description

• Receive qualified leads and make the first empathetic/personalized contact • Handle communications via WhatsApp and phone calls • Schedule initial consultations with the responsible attorneys • Organize clients' histories and information in the CRM • Follow up with clients under review • Assist with document organization according to internal protocols • Participate in client service strategy meetings • Suggest improvements to the sales workflow and client experience • Support, in the future, the training of new client service representatives as the firm expands

🎯 Requirements

• Good written and verbal communication • Organized and proactive • Comfortable with client service, sales, and client relationship management • Interest in professional growth and continuous learning • Familiarity with digital tools and CRM • Previous experience in commercial/customer service or sales • Experience in law firms or related areas • Genuine interest in specializing in the Public Sector (civil servant) law niche
