• Design and lead marketing strategies aligned with long-term goals. • Interpret data, trends, consumer behaviors, and market signals to guide decisions and optimize experiences. • Partner with product, media, content, and data teams to develop integrated, effective approaches. • Translate complex insights into narratives and plans that inspire teams and stakeholders. • Identify growth opportunities across digital and traditional channels, always with a focus on measurable performance.

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years of proven experience in strategic marketing and project leadership. • Systemic and causal thinking with strong synthesis skills — you connect the dots before others notice. • Data literacy — comfortable with metrics, GA4, CRM, and the KPIs that matter. • Solid foundation in marketing fundamentals, positioning, funnels, and customer journeys. • Ability to engage with design, content, and technology teams — not necessarily executing, but guiding with strategic vision.
