📋 Description

• Daily strategic account management for clients in your portfolio • Planning, creation, execution and optimization of campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, and related platforms) • Daily analysis of metrics such as CPL, CPA, CTR, conversion rate and lead quality • Ongoing testing of creatives, audiences and campaign structures • Biweekly results presentation meetings with critical data interpretation • Full organization of tasks and campaigns in ClickUp • Alignment with strategy, sales and creative teams • Responsibility for the health of ad accounts • Proactively proposing strategic improvements (not just execution)

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required • Minimum of 2 years’ experience with paid traffic • Proficiency in Google Ads and Meta Ads • Analytical, logical and data-driven profile • Clear, concise and structured communication (essential requirement) • Accurate and organized written communication • Strong concentration, focus and discipline
