📋 Description

• Develop business opportunities, manage sales leads, and convert mid-market prospects across Quebec, primarily in the Greater Montreal area, while providing coverage of Eastern Ontario and Eastern Canada as needed. • Manage inbound inquiries, referral opportunities, dormant accounts, and prospecting activities to generate new business. • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, converting prospects into long-term customers. • Take a consultative approach by recommending sustainable, cost-effective packaging solutions tailored to customer needs and available inventory. • Prepare quotes, contracts, purchase orders, and other sales-related documents. • Keep Salesforce and other systems up to date to manage customer information, sales activities, forecasts, and pipeline performance. • Analyze customer needs, market trends, competitive activity, and business opportunities to support territory growth. • Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and payment arrangements with customers. • Develop relationships with key decision-makers within manufacturing, distribution, retail, logistics, and order fulfillment companies. • Represent Rebox at trade shows, networking events, and industry activities.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, inside sales, account management, or a related customer-focused role. • Demonstrated success in proactive prospecting, cold calling, and generating new business opportunities. • Full professional fluency in French and English. • Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM platform to manage pipelines, opportunities, and customer interactions. • Experience in packaging, logistics, industrial distribution, manufacturing, or a related field is considered an asset. • Knowledge of ZoomInfo, Aircall, ERP systems, or WMS platforms is considered an asset. • Excellent communication, relationship-building, presentation, and negotiation skills. • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to succeed in a remote work environment. • Ability to travel within the Greater Montreal area and, occasionally, elsewhere in Eastern Canada.
