• Responsible for retaining current customers, prospecting, closing new accounts, account management, analyzing competitors, and keeping abreast of new technologies. • Develop and implement a robust sales pipeline, expand the portfolio of customers, and increase near-term revenue for Re:Build Battery Solutions. • Collaborate with the marketing, product, and engineering teams to develop and implement strategic initiatives that drive business growth, enhance brand visibility, create compelling product marketing materials, and enhance our competitive position. • Identify and engage in new strategic business opportunities that expand market share and build relationships for future sales. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and industry stakeholders. • Perform comprehensive market research to identify trends, forecast demand, and analyze key players in the battery industry, thereby informing and driving strategic initiatives. • Compile and present comprehensive sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management. • Ensure compliance with all company policies and industry regulations.
• BS in Engineering or related technical field, MS preferred. • Possess a minimum of 10 years of commercial experience, including at least 5 years in a customer-facing business development role, ideally within the energy storage sector. • Deep expertise in the battery manufacturing industry and a keen insight into market dynamics. • Demonstrated success in consistently surpassing sales targets and driving substantial revenue growth. • Exceptional leadership abilities, coupled with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. • Proven ability to think strategically while executing plans with precision and tactical expertise. • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools to track and analyze key performance metrics to inform business development strategies and drive continuous improvement. • Willingness to travel as needed.
