📋 Description

• Further develop the platform using Python and FastAPI • Connect AI agents, language models, and customer applications via APIs and integration tools • Ensure customer data is protected, access is secure, and Docker operations are reliable • Extend the existing React interface as needed • Contribute to technical decisions within the team • Advance AI-supported development processes • Create and reuse proven approaches as Skills • Engage directly with customers and provide technical advice as a sparring partner • Take responsibility for production operations and code quality

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience with Python and backend development, ideally with FastAPI and asynchronous programming • Practical experience with REST APIs, OAuth 2.0, and external integrations, including robust error handling • Proficiency with Docker/Docker Compose, Linux, and PostgreSQL • Experience with production applications, including troubleshooting, updates, backups, and secure credential management • Knowledge of Git, automated testing, and JavaScript/React fundamentals • Expert knowledge of AI-driven software development and confident use of coding agents and coding harnesses • Confident working with Skills and agent workflows • Independent, reliable, and solution-oriented approach to work • Willingness to engage directly with customers and clarify requirements with the team and clients • Plus: Experience with LLM APIs, tool calling, or MCP • Knowledge of Hermes, LiteLLM, Nango, or Presidio is an advantage
