📋 Description

• Manage a diverse territory across Western Sydney, North-West Sydney, the Central Coast, Newcastle and Port Macquarie • Build customer partnerships and improve in-store execution • Grow Reckitt's presence across the territory • Conduct face-to-face customer calls • Build distribution and increase share of shelf across key categories • Execute merchandising initiatives, displays and promotional activity in store • Deliver product training and detailing to pharmacy staff • Manage independent pharmacy contracts and ensure compliance requirements are achieved • Use CRM and reporting tools to manage activity and track performance • Identify growth opportunities and deliver territory sales objectives • Work directly with pharmacists, pharmacy assistants and pharmacy owners

🎯 Requirements

• Previous Territory Management, Field Sales or Account Management experience • Pharmacy, FMCG, grocery or retail experience • Strong commercial acumen and relationship-building capability • Experience influencing customers and delivering product education or training • Excellent planning and territory management skills • A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a strong desire to achieve results • Ability to work autonomously and remain accountable while working remotely • A current Australian driver's licence
