📋 Description

• Delivering HubSpot onboarding and ongoing support for a diverse portfolio of clients. • Leading strategic consulting sessions, both virtually and in person, to align CRM workflows with each client's business objectives. • Managing HubSpot implementation projects, including technical setup, data migration, CRM optimisation, and system configuration. • Responding promptly and accurately to both technical and strategic client enquiries. • Advising clients on best practices to optimise HubSpot, improve conversions, increase ROI, and enhance operational efficiency. • Championing the use of AI tools within HubSpot by helping clients understand and implement AI-powered features to automate tasks, personalise communications, and improve productivity. • Developing and managing your own portfolio of client projects with increasing independence as your experience grows. • Collaborating with the marketing team to produce engaging content, including blogs, videos, webinars, reports, guides, and other marketing materials.

🎯 Requirements

• Previous hands-on experience using HubSpot, ideally as a HubSpot Super Admin or advanced user. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. • The ability to work independently and efficiently from home or in a remote environment. • Excellent organisational and time-management skills. • A proactive, can-do attitude with a genuine willingness to learn new skills. • A data-driven mindset with strong research and analytical abilities. • Excellent written communication skills, including experience writing blogs, email campaigns, website copy, and other marketing content. • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
