• Make outbound calls to prospects and existing customers using the Five9 dialler platform • Follow call scripts and guides while adapting naturally to each conversation • Qualify leads, gather information, and book follow-up appointments or escalate where needed • Accurately log call outcomes and notes in the CRM after each interaction • Meet daily call volume and conversion targets set by the UK team
• Proven experience using the Five9 platform in an outbound role • Strong verbal communication skills with a professional, clear phone manner • Familiarity with CRM systems and call logging • Resilience and a positive attitude — comfortable with high call volumes • Reliable fibre internet connection and a quiet, dedicated home workspace
