📋 Description

• Build and maintain automated workflows using n8n and AI tools • Use Claude, OpenAI, or similar AI platforms to automate business processes • Connect different systems using APIs and webhooks • Work with Google Workspace, Google APIs, and service accounts • Manage access, permissions, and security controls for automated tasks • Add safeguards to reduce security and data risks • Connect existing data sources and build internal and client-facing dashboards • Troubleshoot and improve existing automations and integrations • Document workflows and technical processes • Work with different teams to identify opportunities for automation • Work with the internal team to ensure timely delivery of services to clients and client expectations are met

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in AI automation, workflow automation, systems integration, or a similar technical role • Hands-on experience with n8n or similar automation tools • Experience using AI/LLM tools such as Claude, OpenAI, or Gemini • Experience with APIs, webhooks, and system integrations • Understanding of access controls, permissions, authentication, and security best practices • Experience with Google Workspace or Google APIs • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently in a remote environment • Experience with Google service accounts and OAuth is a nice to have • Experience with databases and dashboards is a nice to have • Experience with Noloco, Retool, or Looker Studio is a nice to have • Experience with cloud platforms or DevOps is a nice to have
