📋 Description

• Provide legal support to the law firm • Conduct legal research and assist with case preparation • Input new-client data into Leap case management software • Input data into Wealthdocs and Elderdocs for document creation • Select clauses consistent with client design sheets, dictated memos, and desired results • Add custom clauses in Wealthdocs and Elderdocs • Input client-provided financial information into Asset+Map, RightCapital, Nitrogen, and Riskalyze • Draft opening and closing documents for Probate, Guardianships, Conservatorships, and other case types under attorney supervision • Draft deeds and certificates of trust • Electronically file deeds and certificates of trust • Coordinate with clients and interact with courts and clients by phone or Zoom • Work with the internal team to ensure timely delivery of services and meet client expectations

🎯 Requirements

• Flexible to US hours • Reliable internet • Quiet and private work environment • Fluent in English sufficient to interact directly with courts and clients by phone or Zoom calls • Ability to have client triage conversations • Great attention to detail • Self-starter • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to conduct legal research • Ability to draft legal documents • Ability to manage case-related tasks and meet deadlines • Experience or ability to use Leap case management software • Experience or ability to use Wealthdocs and Elderdocs document creation software • Experience or ability to use Asset+Map, RightCapital, Nitrogen, and Riskalyze financial analysis software
