📋 Description

• Maintain accurate financial records • Perform financial data entry and reconciliations • Review payroll • Assist in reviewing business and instalment activity statements • Prepare and review monthly payroll tax reconciliations • Prepare monthly management reporting and reconciliations • Support junior team members as required • Support onboarding and training of new hires • Ensure adherence to internal processes and client requirements • Work with the internal team to ensure timely service delivery and meet client expectations

🎯 Requirements

• 3 years of relevant Australian experience, including payroll processing • 3+ years of bookkeeping experience, including payroll • At least 1–2 years in an intermediate bookkeeper role • Strong understanding of Xero and Microsoft Office tools • Understanding of Australian payroll compliance requirements • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Ability to work 40 hours per week, 8 hours per day • Ability to work 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM South Australian Time, with daylight savings adjustments
