📋 Description

• Create wiring schematics for smoke ventilation systems • Produce product construction drawings using AutoCAD • Prepare layout drawings using Bluebeam • Review technical drawings and project documentation for accuracy and compliance • Assist with technical engineering tasks as required • Ensure all drawings are accurate, properly revised, and up to date • Maintain organized and properly filed drawing documents and technical records • Perform other related tasks as needed

🎯 Requirements

• 4–5 years of experience in AutoCAD and Bluebeam drafting • Experience in HVAC, smoke control, or fire protection systems (fire alarm systems preferred) • Licensed Philippine Board Passer: Electrical Engineer (preferred, due to wiring schematic requirements), or Mechanical Engineer • Proficient in AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office • Advantage: Experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot, Simpro, or Epicor.
